OPENING HOURS
From 9 am to 7 pm, except on Friday, May 26, when the Pavilion closes at noon. You will have to clear all your materials from the pavilion by that time.

LAYOUT AND FACILITIES

The EU Pavilion offers the following services and facilities to European independents who have registered via media-stands.eu.

RECEPTION-INFORMATION AREA 
- where you check for messages;
- where we post special announcements;
- where you can consult a 'who’s who' console with information on all the participants;
- where in return for filling out our registration form, you receive your ec.europa.eu/media lanyard identifying you as a participant with access to all services and facilities.

SEATING AREA, PRIVATE BAR & TERRACE
- where you can hold your meetings;
- where you may place promotional material in A4 display racks;
- where you can enjoy a croissant breakfast, and free hot and soft drinks with your contacts;
- where we organise our daily Happy Hour at 5 pm.

INTERNET AREA 
- where you can check your e-mail.

WI-FI
There is free wi-fi in the Pavilion. Ask for the password for wi-fi access at the Reception Desk. Please do not share it with others.
The Marché du Film also offers all participants a free wi-fi connection. This connection is valid for the duration of the Festival and available in the entire Palais des Festivals. All you have to do is connect to the network marchedufilmwifi and use the access codes that are marked on your badge. 

STORAGE ROOM

- where you may store [a limited amount of] your material.
We cannot accept any liability for damage or theft, so please keep your valuables with you at all times!  

REGISTERING

REGISTRATION

STEP 01
On arrival in Cannes, pick up your badge at the Registration desk in the Palais des Festivals Level 01/Croisette Entrance (to the right hand side of the main entrance of the Palais).

Opening hours
From May 16 to May 18: 8 am to 8 pm;
From May 19 to May 25: 9 am to 6 pm.

A document “Access to Screenings” will be given to you along with your badge. It will inform you of the modalities regarding your access to the screening rooms. Use the tearable part of the document to collect your bag and your Market Guide.

Your Market Badge gives you access to the Riviera Hall, various hotels at the Market, the Palais des Festivals and all Market Screenings. Subject to availability you can request invitations to Festival screenings via the online system. You will be given details of this when you pick up your badge. Your badge also gives you access to events organised in the Palais des Festivals as well as to all Market services.


STEP 02
Come to the reception desk of the European Pavilion [the European Union] [which is no. 121 in the International Village behind the Riviera Hall on the seafront side of the Palais]. You will receive a lanyard for your badge. This identifies you as a participant of the Creative Europe MEDIA Umbrella Stand with access to the services and facilities of the Pavilion.  

OTHER SERVICES

Access to Screenings of the Official Competition
With your Market badge you may obtain tickets, on the usual terms and according to availability. Tuxedo and evening dress are compulsory for evening screenings of the Official Competition.

Business Centre
The Business Centre is located in the Palais des Festivals (Level 01 – Aisle 07).

DOC Corner
The Marché du Film has created a dedicated space for documentary film, which allows buyers and programmers priority access to a digital video library including all documentaries presented in Cannes.
