It brings together producers, distributors and buyers from across the TV and digital entertainment ecosystem. Successful applicants to be on the MEDIA stand can attend MIPTV at a discounted rate not just for MIPTV but also offers both a discounted participation fee and a stand to some 180 companies from countries participating in Creative Europe MEDIA who meet the eligibility criteria. There is also a discounted rate for successful applicants who are also attending MIPDoc, the factuals conference and screenings event the weekend before MIPTV. MEDIA’s 438 sq.m. stand on the top two floors of the Palais des Festivals for MIPTV has a dedicated space for meetings, generous areas for meeting with contacts or networking with other participants, a coffee bar, dedicated wi-fi, storage and a messaging service, all free of charge. At buyers’ briefings, participants can pitch their ideas.
