LAYOUT AND FACILITIES
The Creative Europe MEDIA Stand offers the following services and facilities to European independents who have registered via media-stands.eu.

RECEPTION-INFORMATION AREA
– where you check for messages;
– where we post special announcements;
– where you can consult a ‘who’s who’ console with information on all the stand participants;
– where in return for filling out our registration form, you receive your ec.europa.eu/media lanyard identifying you as a participant with access to all services and facilities.

SEATING AREA, PRIVATE BAR
– where you can hold your meetings (communal tables and chairs; booking is not possible)
– where you may place promotional material in A4 display racks (posters are not allowed);
– where you can enjoy free drinks with your contacts;
– where we organise our daily Happy Hour at 5.30 pm.

WI-FI
Ask for the password for Wi-Fi access at the Reception Desk. Please do not share it with others.

Your Annecy 2020 accreditation also grants you Wi-Fi access from Sunday 14 June to Sunday 21 June. You can enjoy optimised coverage at the event’s main locations as well. All you have to do is connect to the “Annecy2020” Wi-Fi network and enter your user name and password (provided in your confirmation email or with your badge upon arrival).

STORAGE ROOM
– where you may store a limited amount of your material.
We cannot accept any liability for damage or theft, so please keep your valuables with you at all times

REGISTRATION

STEP 1
On arrival in Annecy, pick up your badge at the MIFA Welcome Area
Impérial Palace, 32 Avenue d’Albigny, Allée de l’Impérial, Annecy. Please bring with you an id and your registration confirmation.

Monday, 15 June – Friday, 19 June
9.00am < 7.00pm

STEP 2
Come to the reception desk of the Creative Europe MEDIA Stand [which is no. 7.001]. You will receive a lanyard for your badge. This identifies you as a participant of the Creative Europe MEDIA Umbrella Stand with access to the services and facilities of the Stand.

Access to Screenings
With your badge you may obtain tickets, according to availability.

As an accredited delegate, you should activate and update your Annecy Network space beforehand to use the online ticketing system as soon as it opens.

Interactive stations can be found at the Festival and MIFA Welcome Areas, as well as the MIFA Chill Out Area.

Single ticket sales: go to the ticket desks at the different theatre entrances (except the salle Pierre Lamy), up to one hour before the screening begins.
